Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League, is also a resource for American Disaster Resources, and is a place for adopting animals. Save-A-Pet Foundation, a resource for American Disaster Resources, is a no-kill facility. Our founder Robert Taylor has been personal friends for many years with Gertrude Maxwell, Founder & President of National Save-A-Pet Foundation. The Save-A-Pet Foundation was started in Illinois, in August of 1972. Save-A-Pet Florida. Inc. was founded in July, 1984.

American Disaster Resources, formerly Angel Flight of South Florida assisted in flying some critically injured dogs for Gertrude Maxwell. More details are available on www.saveapet.com under miracles. Gertrude Maxwell is actively involved with saving animals, truly man’s best friends.
